So I take it you added the tail wheel on after and it was a mounted plow before? I see that the bracket the beaming screw attaches to is fixed, where mine floats so it wont lift the rear of the plow at all without the cylinder on the tail wheel. Do you need to keep the sway chains pretty tight to keep it from swinging into a tire?
Also noticed you have the transport valve on the tractor. Is it necessary? I have one for mine just havent bothered to install it yet as some of the lines from the donor tractor would not come around to my way of thinking. If its possible could you send me some pictures of that valve and where the lines go so I have a clue as to how to install it? Love the idea of the stopper for the rams. I think I may have to make one up for mine!
Glad you got it running again. Im just trying to get mine fine tuned for its first plow day in about 2 weeks so thats why I'm bombing you with questions. Would love to see some more pics of the plow since there are not too many around anymore with the tailwheel. Most survivors are all mounted. I like semi mounts better. My 45 likes to do wheelies and steers like a mack truck with a mounted plow on it.
