last week i bought a handerson loader for my C. the levers on the char-lyn pump seemed to be locked up. how do i go about treaing it apart to find out what the problem is? thanks

take the rear cover off after you drain the oil [of corse ] that will expo se the valve body and the pickup screen also try taking the levers off ther held on with 1/4-2 0 cap screws slide the alum. holders off  the splined valve shaft may bin  put on out of time

after sending my other message I studied your photo  that loader used one way clys.I cant tell how yours hooked up the left side of the pump is for one way clys. the right side is for two way clys.  cant tell how yours is plumbed up.  post more photos will try to help some more  you have to have a vented plug on the pump not apipe plug or drill a vent hole in that one

You need to use a splitter to go to both cylinders after you have a hose coming out of the 1 way port on that pump. As long as you have the original 1 way cylinders and they are hooked up to the 2 way ports the loader will not work. I'd show you how mine is plumbed up but it's in pieces right now awaiting a tractor to put it back on.

the cylinders are plumbed together with a T. i'll tear it apart in a day or so and post back what i find.
