Referring to the picture below, remove each shoulder bolt that is above the roller assembly.  Also remove the bolt directly above.  The shaft is welded to the upright on the right side, so you start pulling on that upright to get everything apart.  If you are rebuilding, I'd recommend welding on a new shaft as the original is probably well worn.

Did mine a few years ago.  Had my fab shop make up new uprights as well since mine were worn too.

I made those over also. Mine were worn too. I made new deck adjusting Tee handles also. Take out all the lost motion as much possible.Tracy

IIRC, you have to unbolt the brackets for the roller behind the center blade.
