Can this be done on a D17 Series IV? Has anyone tackled this? Need this machine to become my loader tractor.
I realize that the front tires and rims would need to be 11Lx 16 and a fixed front axle.
Any thougths appreciated.

There are six different gears in the torque housing that make the tractor go forward or backward instead of having two speeds forward on the regular power director. The shuttle clutch itself is also different it has 9 clutch plates and 7 discs vs. 7 and 5 on the power director. If Agco has the gears the power director clutch might still work. Has anyone done this? HTH Tom
