on the 19. I had put it back together and was compressing the big spring with the pump in a vise when something hit me on my foot. It was the pin that holds the rollers onto the assembly. I then took off the 4 follower assemblies and tig welded the pins so they can't come out now. Once a pin comes out and the roller falls off all heck breaks loose!

You may want to flatten 2 8 P galvanized nails and then hold down two
cam followers and insert the nail to hold 2 down with one nail. Let the heads of the nails go out past the edge of the mounting pad so that after you get the pump installed and the nuts just started, you can pull the nails out. I hope this description is clear enough to follow. HTH |

Dean, your method works with a WD/WD45 pump, but this is the belly pump on a D19.
