I love my recent addition loader ! Saves my back , before me & the little wife were rolling them around by hand!! I'm lucky the old 17 hydraulics seem to work very well! Best $200.00 ever spent, even got an original sales brochure & manual . keith so.va.

We have one just like it for our D15. Haven’t had it on for a few years but it does ok for lifting and carrying things. Being a trip bucket is it’s weakness.

I took the trip bucket off & rigged up a 3 pt. hay spear to it works pretty good.

I have a model 17 on a D17 IV. With the change in the tractor hydraulic system (low pressure/high volume) with the series IV, I can only lift about 1,000 pounds. Works for most of what I use it for and I like the hydraulic control on the side by the fender. A hydraulic bucket would be nice, but for the difference in cost of the loader, I get by. Dave
