73 acres? Just enough room to start running hogs. Get some self feeders that have clanging lids, let the hogs create some mud holes,,,,,,,,,,or better yet, go to the next township board meeting and apply for a permit to operate a junkyard(ahem, a recycling center), tell them you have ‘big plans’ for your property.

Really sucks when a farm farms his land into houses... Means he wasn't really a farmer but a framer... that screws the farm lands away.

I sure hope everything continues in your favor, darn shame when friends treat you better than family.  I'm lucky, we all get along, maybe some day there will be reconciliation and things will smooth out, you never know, it could happen.
