It is the plug at the rear of the block, covers the end of the camshaft .

I would have the flywheel checked while I had it out. It should be 1.437" from the surface that the pressure plate sets on down to the surface that the clutch plates sets on,JP

that appears to be a part left over.if the plug was missing very long you would have had a gusher of oil out the bell with engine running..
