I have a 190 that i run in a 6000 to 8000 pound class the pump is guted and it runs realy good i am puting biger injectors in in a few weeks and i need a clutch the class has a 3000 rpm limit it is using the factory 2500 gas engin clutch right now it doesnt slup but the drive disk is going bad.       what would be a good clutch to run . I would say it is making a bout 150 to 180 on hp it runs 5and 6 gear right now. | |

When I pulled my xt bout 6 years ago I put a HD allis 200 clutch in it. I never knew the hp on it but it slipped the hydraulic pto at 175. And it would run 10,000 lb class with 20.8x38 in 6th gear. We just farm with it now and it's 126hp.

Xt series 3 + 200 are the same, pretty much, but some have 6 pads and others have 4 pad ceramic,   get a 4 button ceramic clutch disc, the pressure plate also needs heavy duty springs, i think the shops call them Lavender color, Unique Automotive in Jonesburg Mo can put one together for what your wanting to do very resonable priced too,

If you are running over rated engine rpm I would highly recommend a steel flywheel.
