I recently purchased a 1984 n6 and iam getting it set for corn and was reading where it says to get straw chopper pulleys set a certain way. The biggest problem is on the same sticker on the box where straw chopper is it says to "fully retract concave"? I don't know what to do, and the operators manual is no help.
Thanks cory |

Cory,
If it's like my K2, the concaves on the chopper will pivot down and out of the chopper so they are not being used. Only the hammers will be hitting the material as it goes through the chopper. Good luck with your new machine. Jim
