Hi
i have a problem of oil pressure with my Allis Chalmers C.
When I'm on a steep climb (uphill) or a banked, the oil pressure becomes very low, close to zero.
Then returning to flat, the pressure will gradually go back to normal position.
The strainer was cleaned about 100 hours ago and the oil filter changed 100 hours ago too.
Where could this problem come from?

The pickup tube is placed correctly, I presume?

Is the oil level where it should be?

That is strange, do you think the gauge could be bad?  I assume that the tractor does maintain good oil pressure when idling?

Shop manual may have a hint. My guess would be low oil level in the crankcase.

If the oil shows to top of full mark I would add half quart see if it still goes down add the other half quart and try again.  Like Gerald I think the oil level is low or the screen is too high. Leon

Nice looking!!!  Glad you figured it out.  They ARE simple.
Looks like you have some kind of horn hooked up and what's with those headlights?  They look oversize and Yellow bulbs?
