Hello to All.
I just bought a D-19 gas. Runs good but has blown exhaust gaskets and needs a good cleaning. I pulled the manifold off today and see that on a couple of the exhaust ports, the surface is lightly pitted. Should I have it resurfaced or will the gaskets take care of it. Looks like about .010" would take care of it. If I need to do this I will have the head redone too, since it is already off. uploads/6015/030.JPG Where is a good source for the exhaust gaskets? Also a shop manual for a D-19. Thanks for the info.
