Can anyone provide me with torque, clearance, etc. specifications on the crank and head for my 52' WD?

I think bearings should be between  .002 and .004 for clearance. Sleeves should extend above the deck .002-.004 also.
You can do a google search for torque specs for about any size or grade of bolt.

Head Bolts=90ft-lbs; 3/8" studs=25ft-lbs
mains=85 ft-lbs
Rods=70ft-lbs(castelated nuts); 40ft-lbs(locknuts)
Valves-0.012" hot
Valve Springs=2 13/32" free length; replace if more than 1/16" under
Liner Stickout=0.002-0.004"
Rod nut clamp bolt=20ft-lb
bearing cap insert stickout=0.0055" each side(block and cap)
Bearing clearance=0.002-0.003"

Them's D17 torques. WD's were less.17's had better bolts

Guess my Jensales WD/WD-45 service manual is wrong.
What this country needs is more unemployed politicians-and lawyers.

I'm not taking sides here but, My well used and oil covered for-real Allis Chalmers shop manual has the same INFO in it that Greg posted. Embarrassed
I think I have used up all of my IT shop manuals for fire starting after they send me down the wrong path to many times. The funny thing about burning them up; is they didn't even burn that good for what I payed for them! Ouch
3 WD45's with power steering,G,D15 fork lift,D19, W-Speed Patrol, "A" Gleaner with a 330 corn head,"66" combine,roto-baler, and lots of Snap Coupler implements to make them work for their keep.

Typical ring gap is .001 to .0015 per inch of cylinder diameter.  This is the specification for a new ring.  I don't know what the maximum allowable gap would be.
