I'm going to guess it's a hand crank extension. Am I close?

I can't tell the size of the center shaft. Could it be an extension for a crank?

Without knowing the dimensions I'm going to guess a crank handle extention for using a mounted corn picker or other front mounted equipment,  although an electric start tractor should not have needed it. LOL

This thing is about 25 lbs, roughly 20" long, and the inner diameter is about 4"-6"

Pat that is exactly what I tthought when I seen it.  Looks like the "crank handle postion extender" is a better probability. Now, question is, what are you gonna do with it?  Is it for sale?

It wouldn't be a crank extension if the Id is 4-6 inches.
