Not sure what this is? Received it with my WD-45...there appears to be a spring inside the tube???

I can't tell the size of the center shaft. Could it be an extension for a crank?

| Without knowing the dimensions I'm going to guess a crank handle extention for using a mounted corn picker or other front mounted equipment, although an electric start tractor should not have needed it. LOL |
