I have seen two or three different fenders on the allis c. One i have seen with two little bracket tabs that attach to the frame rail. The other didn't. Which it correct or incorrect. I thought the one with the tabs were suppost to be on the allis B. Anyone know the difference or what is correct?
Can't fix stupid

If you saw fenders with flat brackets that fit over the fender supports they were B fenders. C fenders are not the same as B fenders. Nobody reproduces a real C fender either. Not all B fenders had the brackets either. With the brackets they fit inside the support. Without the brackets they bolt to the outside of the support
You will see two types of C fenders. Those with the beaded top edge and those without the bead. All have the two vertical stiffening bumps stamped into them. I believe some are 2 piece and some are one piece. The little three cornerd lower front section is a separate piece on most.
