With a 6 volt positive ground does the plus or minus side of coil go the distribitor? Also with a 12 volt neg, ground does the plus or minus side of coil go the distribitor? Thanks Gary

Both 6 & 12 volt coils need to be connected to the distributor using the same grounding system as the battery. The coil in a Pos grd battery needs to have its pos terminal connected to the distributor, the coil in a Neg grd battery needs to have is neg terminal connected to the distributor.
