you guys got any ideas for what i should do here i found a ac-self unloading wagon in decent shape needs aliilte work gotta good gear guy wants 1,200.00.... foung a 443 baler in ok shape but timing chain broke and took a needle out he wants 500.00 for that... i would love to add em to the collection... but don't know if i should spend that much... any thoughts thanks guys

The broken baler is slightly over priced, depending on the paint and shape of the tin. We bought a 442 at auction in pristine condition, except for a flat tire for $225.00, and I have seen them in work clothes ready to work in the 300-400 range. It just depends on the hay market, and where they are located.

In Missouri a pristine 442 would go for about $1500 at least I guess if not more. Mike

If you are planning to use the baler you might check on available parts first. I know we had a customer who had an AC baler that he had to quit using because he couldnt get parts.

...... thanks i don't plan on using it much i have a new holland for the real hay.. just thought this would look nice painted up with the roto baler.... any thoughts on that wagon... i don't see many up here in ny

it doseny have a kicker on it are they hard to find... i heard needles were expensive......
