   I had one of these that went thru our fire. I am tearing down and found the issue was not heat - the firemen filled the center two cylinders with water. Trying to do an economy get  er going restore and found some things I didn't know. First is there is a tray under the rocker arms to catch oil . Not on a B,C,CA. This one has never had the pan off and is in super shape, sans the center 2 cylinder sleeves. The pistons are cast and heavy. 4 thick rings and no chrome.  Searching really hard to find OEM size sleeves. Finally found some but had to buy the aluminum pistons basically same price with or w/o - hope they work. I am trying to use the old low compression pistons - hand crank version.  I talked to someone here - I can't find the search - who had an electric start bell housing. Would be nice. There was a thread here on cams - each lobe mics the same. I have not degreed it and wont as this will be an 'in frame' .
