We replaced the engine in our f2 with a used motor the new motor runs fine we drove it home from the dealership about 2 hrs and notice fluid coming out of the injector port or hole. Don't know if it is fuel or motor oil mechanic thinks that it is motor oil and suggestion as to problem

If it's motor oil, it's a leaking valve cover gasket. If it's fuel, it's a leaking injector body down inside the injector bore.

It most times is a leaky valve cover gasket. It could also be the injector as Dr says. I have thought that I had a loose fitting on the injector before but the valve cover gasket was leaking just behind and beside (two different tractors and a combine engine) the injector. Probably didn't show up until it was warmed up and I am sure whomever sold you the engine had washed it up clean for you. Try to tighten the valve cover hold down bolts. I have had them come loose and then leak. Sometimes tightening them up will stop it till they vibrate loose again.

More often than not this is a valve cover gasket which runs into the injector hole then on out.Check it out.
