The tube that the dip stick goes in is broke off flush with the block. Any chance someone knows where I can find one?
Thanks

Checking with someone who may have one.
I'll get back to you when I hear back from him. I heard back from him and he doesn't have one. Sorry. Edited by Jeff Z. NY - 25 Jul 2010 at 2:27pm |

Have had this happen twice to blocks I have taken to local shop for tanking. If you have the p[ieces take them to any machine shop or someone who has a hobby lathe and have a replacement made. They are originally made from low grade aluminum and lightly pressed into the block. I've been making my replacements from brass and unless you're a pureist they work fine. I'll check to see if I kept the dimensions from the last couple I made. If so I can turn another if you need one.

Can you please send me your e-mail address. Send to
I have a print of the part but am having problems putting it onto this site in a size that is workable. I've resized it several times and converted it to a jpeg but no luck. Sorry for the delay. I'm hoping that I will have more sucess sending an attachment directly to you.
