from the outside? I just blew one off my dad's Case tractor raking hay. I'm not a tire expert but am pretty sure it needs to be removed from the rim right?

Tubless? If so you just need to break the bead on the stem side to be able to reach in enough to get another started in the hole and pulled through.

I just did 2 on a 3415 Simplicity, just like wkpoor said, used a little Murphy's Oil Soap. Made them slide right in.
