He doesn't say the tractor he bought is the one in the picture. Either way he should know a scam is a scam.

If you check the YT classified archives, you will find this JD4320 is a rough parts tractor with a bad crankshaft. $2950 would not be too much for this tractor. It certainly would not have raised any flags to me as being a scam.
