I recently bought an 8070 FWA, thinking that the engine would be rebuildable, but like my usual luck, not the case. Block is shot, crank is shot, not much to work with. Any one have or know of something to get me going, either to rebuild, or good used to bolt right in. What combines used the same engine? I want to keep it as right as possible, not something way off factory. Thanks in advance. Darrel

Some L2, L3's plus all the N5 & N6 used the 426. You probably going to need keep the front plates, etc. off your 8070 block if you go the combine engine into a tractor route. Those on here that know more will post better answers. Mike
