If it turns out that the B doesn't get to stay at Dale's, raffling it off sounds good to me. As far as doing good with the proceeds from it, do something like the Allis Connection does, or at least did. They awarded $500 scholarships to students. The student would write an essay to apply and the board members would vote on who would receive the award.

That hole is where the lights go. We got them put on and working last summer. It needs the decals put on yet.
