I have a BD 262 out of a D19 and a wd without a motor. Is it worth putting together? I'm thinking about running a few pulls with it. know I need a diesel adapter plate, hood radiator and to change some linkage. I don't know if the tranny and rear end will work. Any suggestions?

you will need to remove some shims from the hand clutch if its a wd45 to make it hold, on a wd that might not be enough to hold it. The trans. will be ok

You will need a WD54D flywheel. I have a pattern for the adaptor.
The weakest link is the final drives. MACK
