CDN 400, congratulations on uploading your 7020 photo. Good looking AC tractor. What year is it? PD or PS trans? Which farm jobs does it do?

I just bought it in December but it's a 1980 PD transmission. Its just going on light duty planting ,discbine and 575 New Holland baler. I've had it in the shop for the last couple months working on it and doing some upgrades. I have more pics but I want to try and make them a little bigger. |

If anyone sees anything wrong or shouldn't be done please let me know. What I done was relocate the precleaner under the hood and added a straight pipe just for improved visibility for planting. Added a mount for monitors and a trailer plug with signal lights. Went from 20.8's to 18.4's ,painted all the rims and cast centers ,painted the inside of the cab and new cab kit. New hytrans and agco filters in the rear and fixed the ac. I also cut a hole in the back of the cab for monitor cables. Only thing I can't find is a set of 9 bolt hubs for axle duals. If we like it we will paint it all next winter.

Very nice. I did the same as you for the trailer plug wire. I am guessing the pie shape plug is to pass a monitor plug and harness through for implements? Neat idea

Get a tiny little chain at hardware store and zip tie it to fill tube plug and one of those control cables. That way you won't drive off with it just laying there after adding and "plant" it. New is stupid $$$. No luck at salvage yards.
