Hi.

I recently purchased an old farm and while cleaning out the loft, I uncovered an Allis-Chalmers Unit planter.  It has 5 tubs, so I'm guessing that means it's a 5 -row planter...?  I don't know anything about farm equipment, I hate to say. lol   I can't imagine a farmer putting the energy into putting it up into the loft, if it was junk, so I have to assume it works.  Can anyone tell me what this would be worth?

After looking at "it" closer, there seems to be several individual pieces. They are all just set together to make it look like one piece of equipment.  Like I said, I know NOTHING about farm equipment.   I can take a pic of it as it sits up there and see if anyone here has any info they may be able to offer.

I believe it's a 6 row planter, but is missing one of the tubs. 

Sorry the pix are so big....I forgot to shrink them down after cropping them some.
