Hi. I recently purchased an old farm and while cleaning out the loft, I uncovered an Allis-Chalmers Unit planter. It has 5 tubs, so I'm guessing that means it's a 5 -row planter...? I don't know anything about farm equipment, I hate to say. lol I can't imagine a farmer putting the energy into putting it up into the loft, if it was junk, so I have to assume it works. Can anyone tell me what this would be worth? |

After looking at "it" closer, there seems to be several individual pieces. They are all just set together to make it look like one piece of equipment. Like I said, I know NOTHING about farm equipment. I can take a pic of it as it sits up there and see if anyone here has any info they may be able to offer. |

I believe it's a 6 row planter, but is missing one of the tubs. Sorry the pix are so big....I forgot to shrink them down after cropping them some.
