My two d 19 the three point does not stay up in the neutral position you have to keep in the raise position then when you push in the clutch it goes down or at idle it won’t stay up my d19 snap coupler does the same

There is a check valve between top and lower valve stacks. Separate the two, unscrew check valve, then unscrew inner part if it don't come with first part. There is a copper washer that may be broke. Replace copper washer and orings. Tighten inner part with copper washer, tighten all you can, drop the ball in and pound it with soft bolt and hammer. Repeat until it does not turn any more. Reassembly with new orings.      MACK

My dealer can't identify that copper washer.  Do you have a part number for that and the check ball?
