First off , thanks for the advice on the wheel wedges, I was able to procure a set of puller bolts and they popped right off.
Now I’m trying to roll the trans out from under the deck, and am to the step of removing the hitch and the PTO with a slide hammer. Except the service book I have does not show the two speed PTO that I have. If just pull these bolts out, will the hitch assembly come off? Thanks, Fritz |

The PTO gears are in the lift arm housing, not the hitch. Just remove all the external bolts that go around the housing (9 ?) and slide it right off. The lower draft arms do NOT need to be removed for any reason unless you want more work to do. Pull the lower pins on the lift links and take the lift arms with the lift arm housing.
