Has anyone attempted removing with destroying them? I need to remove and they don't appear to be threaded on.
Thanks in advance.

I take a pair of bigger vice grips and put on the shaft just tight enough to slide on the shaft and still be able to tap on the bottom of the knob with a hammer and it'll slide the knob off, there's a clip the holds the knob on the shaft.

Like maybe clamp tight a 1/4" nut in the vise-grips teeth and they will still easily slide up and down on the handle like a slide hammer ??

I've got a knob on an 8070 pd lever that I can't keep on! Tried several types of glue, nothing holds. Idea's?

I used a 2 part epoxy and an Oring under the ball to keep the glue contained. They aint coming off!

A rubber hammer should be able to knock it up and off. Thats what ive used. The ring that goes inside that holds it on is discontinued from Agco or was last time i was looking. The knob is still available, cant see why you cant get the ring too.
