if you're missing the coulter mounts, I have new ones.

If it was fun to pull in LOW gear, I could have a John Deere.
If you can't make it GO... make it SHINY

Mike, from what I can tell 315498 which is a shin. I was given another part number for a shin 327301. The first number is directly off the back of the shin.

If anybody is interested, there's (or was) a 2 bottom 50 series, possibly 124 bottoms rollover plow listed on cl, for $295, in Aquasco, MD. Don't know if it has sold since posting.  Don't try to jew him down any, the plow looks pretty good, from what I see...Wink

Plow sold for $425. I had intended to watch the closing of the auction but spaced it off. That was a good looking plow for the money, more than I would have paid but if a guy wanted one......

It’s going to take a lot of time to disassemble to clean up the parts to get it in working condition. No doubt it has been used a lot and probably set outside its entire life. If was a newer one the parts are less expensive and easier to obtain. My friend has the newer bullet shares, left and right but they will not work with the moldboards or frog that’s on it. I’m new to plow parts, my series 70 was in good shape when I got it. Dad’s Oliver as well. Not often we plow anymore other than gardens and an occasional field. Got a feeling I may tinker with it to make sure I can get it rotate freely and make sure it is salvageable.

Watched one sell for over four hundred Saturday. If I hadn't got a 60 series 2x16 SC bought earlier in the sale it would have gone higher.

What's it worth? Boy, isn't that the 64 dollar question. So many variables. Location is a huge one, condition of the plow, who's looking to own one. Location lets me out.

I don't know what it's 'worth', just know that the ones I've seen sell at auction around here have went HIGH!

Well, Ive got a decision to make. This roll over plow I admit intrigues me. Don’t see any in our area. It would only be used for gardens, plow days if one is close by, and display/conversation piece at local events. The shares are badly worn but usable. Probably wouldn’t cut the soil the best but they should be replaced IMO to have any chance at a quality performance. All 4 shins are broken. I can acquire 2 new left side shares but they are freakin expensive, $135 each. Short landslide is cheap at $20. Will find out tomorrow about right hand shares availability but don't see that as an issue. My question is, what’s a 2 bottom roll over plow worth in working condition and new shares? Trying to justify the cost.

55 is the number I heard, not positive that's right. He's told me in the past that the number varies with the year. Mike's a great guy, not sure why he's not on here, has lots of other Orange stuff.

That's the one! There is a pic of it in Lynn's 'First set', sixth from the bottom. I believe the LP D-19 in that set is his also. NF 180 is Luke R's.

if I lived closer I'd go have a look for sure. Like Paul mentioned, those left hand wear parts are going to be an issue.

Friend of mine local to the area has a really nice 45 diesel with 54 that he plows with. It was up at Hutch, probably a picture in Lynn's pics somewhere.

This one?

315498 shows up in the parts book as a short (9") landslide plate for a #124 bottom.
Looks like my guess was correct. The #124 bottom is popular here in the east so you may be able to find other plows for the parts. The B&C plows used that bottom a lot around here. The LH parts are going to be the hard ones to find. I had to get 4 different B&C plows for the bottom parts to get cast moldboards on my #54 CA Rollover plow for my

If it was fun to pull in LOW gear, I could have a John Deere.
