Does anyone know if the front oscilating pin is pressed in or is that suppose to be loose with a couple thousandths clearence? Had a 10ton portapower and a 25lbs slide hammer on the front and did not move at all!!! Can't heat because the sleeve is in the front end and can only see the end 1/2" of it. Had to take whole front end off and air-arc it out and have a new one machined. If anyone ever did this let me know, Thanks in advance Mark

I thought they had a bolt that went thru them to hold them in place, at least thats the way it is on a D21 front end. It might be different for a two twenty front end. I took the whole front bolster off of our D21 and put the wish bone in a big press we have at work and it pushed it right out. Im almost positive their is a bolt that holds it into the front wish bone. I have been wrong before though LOL

yes there is a bolt that holds it in but the main pin is so tight i had to air arc it out and when i did i beat on it with a sledge hammer and it just bounced off of it. just was wondering if it might be pressed because it was so tight in there!
