Time to start on the WF and I need fenders. I've been told to get WC by some and WD by others. I compared fenders on my WD45, WC, RC, WF and Speed Patrol and the skins are all identical from what I can tell, just different brackets. Input appreciated.

It's the backside reinforcement that is different, if you have the old ones from yours then you can use them, otherwise it get's challenging, if you look at the reinforcement you will see what I mean.

I have the old ones. That reinforcing plate appears to be spot welded in?

Well then Lonnie, that is most of the battle just get ahold of a nice set of WD WD45 fenders and remove the spot welds and replace with your old reinforcements, and whala WF fenders! I know easier said than done. HTH

My WF fenders are different from my wd's and wc's. The small rib on the inside bottom is not on my WF fenders. It should not be to hard to cut out the rib and fill it smooth.
