Got done mowing today and shut it off. A little later tried to start it and it just clicks. Any suggestions? Thanks

Make sure you do not have one of the pto switches on...that's what it sounds like to me but could be something else.  Den

Mine does that occasionally.  I play around with the pto switch as few times and it will eventually fire up.  Might also want to check that you hydrostatic lever is in the neutral position.

If you are hearing a click your switches are ok, just not enough voltage to get the job done.

If you don't hear a click you are not getting voltage to the solenoid

I found the battery cable was broke off at the starter. thanks for the replys.
