Is there anybody on here that has any pictures of 6080 pullers. Has anyone seen or fabbed a narrow front. Tractor data says the lowest weight is 7590, would like to put it in the 6500 class. If any one has one they pull what class do you pull in. Also this tactor has no motor, what other Allis equipment had the 433. Would likley trade the FWA front axle, cab, and hyd arms for the parts that I need.

personally, i think if it were mine i would part the entire thing and put the money towards something a little more common. Custom parts are expensive.

I would go with a wide front if I could get the weight down to 6500. Dont know if I could shave 1200 lbs off of the tractor by going to 38" pressed wheels and removeing everything else I dont need.

F2 combines 78 and later used the 433 but don't have the crank thrust "fix" used for the tractors.

Is the 301 a bolt in as far as the torque tube goes. I was thinking of putting a V8 in it, but then I would only be able to pull in the exhibition class.

I bet you could sell the 4x4 conversion parts and use a D-17 narrow.

you can use the rear plate off a 433, it should bolt onto a 301. a 433 is a 4 cyl version of a 301. you'd have to redo frame rails.
