Technically, a 200 and a 185 use different overhaul kits. The 200 from the factory was 15 to1 compression and all 180-185-190-190XT's were 16 to 1 compression ratio.

I got a PowerMaxx kit for my 7000.  The parts were all made in America or by big name companies (Clevite, Mahle, Hastings, etc, all companies I think make their parts in America).  The pistons and sleeves are made in America also and everything seemed to be of very good quality and in spec.  It is also a high compression (16.3:1) kit for the turbo diesel.
