I'd say yes. Never been into a straight 190 PD.

They would be indentical except for possibly (check the parts book) the disc/plate count.....XT's and 200's are 5 discs in low and 4 discs in high......180/185 are 4 in low and 3 in high....a straight 190 may be 4 and 3 also due to lower HP........check the parts book to be sure.

190/190XT overhaul book says 5/4.  It also says that as the parts become obsolete to use 200 powerdirector clutch housing parts with the internals.
 180/185 power director clutch housings must be just that much shorter to allow only 4/3 discs.
