On my D15 when I have it wide open in the Hi range or the clutch pushed forward it likes to pop out and disengage, not slip, but completely disengage. And it will only do it under those circumstances. Is there and adjustment I can make?

Shift the hand clutch lever all the way forward into high range. Notice the "stop bolt" that the lever strikes when in this high range position. Remove all the flat washers under the head of the bolt, or the bolt itself and see what happens. Hand clutch lever jumpout is associated with worn internal linkage parts and high engine RPM's with cold oil in the clutch compartment.
