what holds the clutch in the final drive housing? and how do you guys remove it? thanks Dave

If I remember right, the final drive axle goes in one end and the axle that goes into the transmission.  You need to remove the brakes and the final drive housing off of the tractor.

All those I have done were held by a key on the outboard axle shaft (no set screw or clips, just slid onto the axle and half moon key). Most came out easily after the final was pulled off the tractor; some had to be "coxed" using pry bars thru the access hole in the final.
What this country needs is more unemployed politicians-and lawyers.
Currently have: 1 D14 and a D15S2.
