To answer your question about flushing the toxins, yes you can drink lots of WHITE grapefruit juice.

It is the DRANO to your lymph system as Drano is to your house sink drains.

If you have a headache that you can't get rid of with the otc asparins, etc, it is a toxin headache that you get rid of with white grapefruit juice.

The lymph system is the waste system drain of the cells of your body. Get that opened up, your body can then flush like it needs to.

I would start drinking a half gallon/day to get used to it, then work up to a gallon before you paint. Half gallon during morning when you get thirsty and same in afternoon/evening.

To tell when your system is clean, after you drink a glass,(16 ozs.), in about 5 minutes or less-you have to go empty your bladder. This will probably happen first.

Keep drinking it to saturate your body but cut down some so that it doesn't taste good to you. When it doesn't taste good, your body is telling you that it has had enough-for now.

You can start drinking it again in a week or so, or when it tastes good again.

And as was said earlier, drink plenty of water but get you lymph system cleaned out first for the toxins to have a place to go instead of being recirculated.

P.S. Don't be surprised if you slim down in the waist, hips and thighs.

If you want, you can also add in apple. orange, grape, and cranberry to your drinking menu. Just keep your stomach full of liquid to trick it into thinking that it's not hungry.

A mix of liquified lemons via a blender, 2 large or 4 small, full of water with about 3-4 tblspns of pure maple syrup will help and/or clear the head and sinuses with or without a cold/flu. Add ground red pepper(cayenne) to this amount, tsp to start to open up the blood vessels to get this mix going thru the body. The syrup tells the body that it's not hungry. You can also add cream of tartar to this mix and have a very potent "medicine" to take care of colds,bronchitis, respitory challenges, etc. Liquified celery also clears plugged lungs. Buy a bunch at the store and clean them all and put the whole thing, leaves and all, through the blender. Add a 40+ oz. can of tomato juice in place of water if you want.

A good "toddy' that I like to make is Welch's grape juice with about 2 tblspns of Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar to a glass, 16ozs. The grape juice will also help your lungs.

This is my usual routine during the fall and winter months and needless to say that I don't get sick at all. I just catch it at the beginning and hit it with the juices and then the lemon mix.
