Hey I need a set of the pins that hold the cultivator to the scissors lift (or whatever you call it) Can those be purchased new? Or is there someone that has a bunch in a pile in the barn somewhere that would part with two?
Thanks

I don't know if they are available new or repro but here is something that will work if you get the right size. http://www.shoplet.com/Jacobs-chuck-Morse-Taper-Ejecting-Drifts-30485/SEPTLS40330485/spdv  There are several different size Morse taper ejecting drifts.
The part number you want is the same as the CA front mount cultivator bracket uses if that is any help.

Can  someone tell me if the wedge pins are the same on the CA cultivator, 80r mower, and G cultivator? If they are I can possibly find a pair.

Lanny, I understand they are the same. I believe the Turners who help throw the G Roundup reproduce them

I made a couple for my cultivator last year.  I think it was Joe M GA sent me the measurements.  Pretty easy to make and they work fine. Used 3/8" plate.  Didn't get the little chain thingys made for them yet though.
I can send you a drawing if you want - can't seem to get a pdf to post and can't finger out how to convert it to a jpeg.
Cheers,
Creek

I already have two, on my other G, I just figured if I could buy two of them (they appear to be hardened) then I wouldn't spend a couple hours screwing around making them... Ie I'd rather spend the $20 for the correct part, then run to town, get some metal, and then spend 2-3 hours screwing around cutting and grinding etc.. Yes it should not take that long, but by the time I get the material, get to the shop, get the shop warmed up, make them, then get the shop cleaned up etc.. I just wasted half a day when I could have paid someone the $20 for the correct part...

Jonathon,
I looked for those pins and wasn't able to find them. Sorry about any delay I may have caused. Lanny Mid TN

See if this works - if you click on it it should take you to the drawing.  I hope.  Maybe.
