Just wondering how to set up the hydraulic detent on my 190 xt. I am now pulling a feeder wagon with it that has a hydraulic driven discharge chain, and I need the one hydraulic remote to stay engaged without holding it. I'm not talented enough to hold the hydraulic lever back, operate the pd clutch, and steer it all at the same time. Using a tarp strap for now, but I don't like that just because it ain't right. Thanks in advance, Darrel

Switch your hoses around and push the lever all the way forward.

Under the platform (directly underneath the console) you find the control valve and remove the rubber plug and using a small flat blade screwdriver tighten the detent screw until it is enough to keep the lever from popping out (do this in the "hold" position). This is outlined in an owners manual for the tractor.

Dave and shameless, all of the way ahead does lock in, but that is the "float" position. I'm going to find the detent screw and tighten it up. Thanks for responses. Darrel

This is off a 200 but should be almost identical to a 190XT. You can see the rubber plugs on the 3 spools in the pic. Mike
