I had time today to get the 37 UC out for its annual run about. Noticed one of the nuts that holds the rear rim on is missing. Is that a standard size nut with standard threads or is that something special I need to find on this site?
Thanks Leon B Mo |

If I remember correctly, one of what appeared to be a wheel stud, was actually an alignment dowel that was not threaded. It always appeared that one bolt was missing a nut.

yes one is just a dowel but IIRC the nut is larger than a standard nut for the bolt size

That's kind of what I figured. I refuse to put two different sizes on the same wheel, drives me nuts when somebody else does that then I have to go looking for another socket. So does anyone have the nut for a U rear wheel stud?
If not I'll just go by 10 nuts so that they're all the same for both sides. Thanks again. Leon B |
