I have a '38 unstyled wc that has round spokes with the spokes and the hub covered instead of flat steel uncovered spokes. Is this correct? can I find a new one?

Are your round spokes plastic covered or not? Does anyone make a reproduction with the covered spokes?

Thad, check your PMs I've got a title for you.
Some people are like Slinkies. Not really good for much of anything but they still bring a smile to your face when you push them down a flight of stairs.
