I have a '38 unstyled wc that has round spokes with the spokes and the hub covered instead of flat steel uncovered spokes. Is this correct? can I find a new one?

My 36 has round spokes.

My 37 has the flat spokes on the steering wheel.

i have an wc with round spokes on the steering wheel. it's an 1937.

Are your round spokes plastic covered or not? Does anyone make a reproduction with the covered spokes?
