Hello,
trying to put new water pump in, any ideas on how to get pump pulley off, i've taken adjusting bolt nuts off, do the bolts also come out? thanks |

Thought the 4 bolts that hold the fan on also capture the pulley. It seems as though they stick fast, but I do not remember taking the pulley apart at the adjusting nut.
It has been a while and CRS has set in, so I could be wrong.....

On my CA I just took the four bolts holding the fan on and wacked the pulley and it came off. I'm sure My WD45 came apart the same way. you should not need to take the sheve adjusting bolts out.
