I've noticed on most 190's and 200's the 3 point lift arms almost drag the ground when full lowered. Why would AC design it to go so low?

I'd be a lot more concerned about how HIGH it lifted, that if it drags in the dirt or not. XT's with big front tires and worn out 18.4 x 34 rears didn't lift any too high. If you've got 18.4 x 38's you won't be a draggin......

The adjusters determine how high off the ground the are. If they almost drag, they are adjusted out too far.

Mine are adjusted as far up as they go. They are maybe a few inches off the ground.

You need to move the arms a notch or two on the shaft,one notch probably will do it.

The "notch" or shaft spline location has nothing to do with it on a 190XT.

The rock shaft is free floating if I remember right. The rams control the movement.

Yea I was thinking about the tractors with the internal cylinders.
