got the new clutch disc in. adj bolts screwed all the way in. finger out toward throwout bearing. 1/4 in between finger and bearing. start it up push clutch all the way down. cannot get in gear due to continuous grinding. HELP   thanks< id="gwProxy" ="">< ="jsCall;" id="jsProxy" ="">

Ajust the length of the rod( with yolk) from the pedal to the cross shaft, your throwout bearing can be much closer than 1/4 inch, just as long as it's not touching.

Leon, there is no rod on my 35. pedal mounts directly on shaft with key way. i/4 is recommended clearance according to the manual. only adjustment is the fingers. thanks< id="gwProxy" ="">< ="jsCall;" id="jsProxy" ="">
